Performance Enhancement Without the Side Effects: A guide to proper nutrition to dominate your opponents
Dear Parent or Athlete,
Competing at your best and at the rights times can mean being on top or watching from the sidelines. One of the biggest, yet most neglected components to great performances is nutrition. There is so much information, much of it incorrect; out there it can be hard to decipher what is going to help you, what will hurt you, and what doesn’t really make a difference either way.
At our Performance Enhancement Without the Side Effects nutrition seminar we are going to cut through all the
fluff and show the safe way and most effective way to increase your performance! We will give you everything
you need to know as a young athlete about different nutrients, the truth about sports drinks, which supplements to take, how to gain lean body mass, and how to prepare for competition and recover from practices and training.
- What is the best food to eat before my game?
- What should I be drinking during the day?
- How much should I eat to get bigger for next season?
- Is creatine okay? What about protein supplements?
- Will eating a certain food hurt your performance?
- How should I eat when I am busy at school or at work during the summer?
We are going to tackle all of these tough issues and more! We will leave no stone unturned and we will cover all of your questions. We can’t promise that you will love everything we have to say, but we will tell you what you need to hear. We are going to give you the facts about nutrition and performance. No fluff!
On top of all the great information you will get from attending the seminar you will also get a 49 page book written by Sports Nutritionists Chris Mohr and Mitzi Dulan. This book will be your take home guide to fueling your performance with proper nutrition.
These are the same nutrition principles we have used with our athletes to turn out numerous Division 1
scholarship athletes and we use it with our high level collegiate and Olympian athletes as well!
As an athlete that competed at the Olympic Trials I wish that I would have had this great resource and information available when I was a young athlete.
We know how important nutrition is to success on the field or court and we want you to know all the facts.
We are offering this seminar on Saturday, May 2nd at 3pm. The seminar will be held at Force Fitness and
Performance.
You might be asking how much this will cost, it has to be well over $100, right?
We are offering this first ever seminar for just $25 per family if you register before April 25th. Oh, and I don’t want to forget, that it is only open to 50 parents and athletes. After the first 50 groups of parents and athletes are signed up we will close the doors and you will have to wait until we hold the seminar again. For more information call us at 812 822 0636
