Another Fallen Hero

By

So it looks like another one of your childrens’, and my athletes’ heroes has fallen due to their use of performance enhancing drugs.   Manny Ramirez took steroids and cheated the game and his teammates, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah.  Manny Ramirez took steroids and failed a drug test which says exactly one thing, not that he is a cheater or did something wrong. It says that Manny Ramirez was on the wrong nutrition program and strength program.

It is that simple, if you get on the right program, with the right coaches you will not need to take performance enhancing drugs.  You will have to work hard, and push yourself and sometimes deny yourself the things that your lazy friends get to eat and drink, but you will get the same results. Some of you will think that this is an issue for the pros and not for the high school athlete, but recent studies have shown that 4 of 10 high school athletes have used performance enhancing drugs.

With the summer coming up soon there is the a great opportunity to get lazy and not work hard, to wait until just before the football season to try to get in good shape.  With that chance at being lazy there will be temptation to use the lazy way out and use Performance Enhancing Drugs to take you on the easy road to football season.

 There is another way though.

A harder road that the best take but they will get better results.

That road is paved at Force Fitness and Performance, we will give you the right program and give you the best coaching.  Results like 70 lbs on your clean, and a 5% reduction in body fat.  What does that formula equal?  A stronger, faster, better athlete.

P.S. If you want to take our road there and get faster and ready for the upcoming football season come to the Force Football Speed Camp. Only 20 spots are available and they are going fast.
